Industrial Facility

The expansion project for the industrial facility involved the construction of approximately 6,800 square meters of new covered area, in continuity with the existing building. The intervention is situated on a 17,000-square-meter lot, part of a larger sector originally consisting of a flat green area. A portion was allocated to public green space and parking, integrating the productive expansion with amenities serving the community. The focal point of the intervention was the creation of an overhead pallet transport system, connected to the new automated warehouse - a strategic element for streamlining the logistics cycle. The new spaces were designed with the objective of optimizing production processes, with particular attention to safety and functionality. The self-supporting warehouse, clad in insulated sheet-metal panels, was deliberately differentiated to visually highlight the specificity of the activities housed within and to render the overall organization of the industrial complex legible.
