Internal Staricase in a Private Office

The intervention focused on the creation of a new connecting staircase between the two floors designated as offices, bringing into relation spaces characterized by different pre-existing conditions. The staircase, with a steel structure and timber treads, is defined by a handrail that follows the profile of the steps and integrates an LED system, combining functionality with formal essentiality. Along the staircase, a cluster suspension lighting arrangement welcomes the client and contributes to perceptually reducing the height of the existing ceiling, making the environment more intimate and representative.
