Penthouse with Terrace

This apartment is located on the eighth floor of a nineteen-seventies building and is characterized by a generous terrace and large east-facing glazed openings that afford a pleasant luminosity during the morning hours. To meet the owners' needs, the original separate kitchen was removed and a single living environment was created, incorporating a kitchenette and dining area directly accessible from the entrance. The new spatial configuration privileges openness and conviviality, making the living zone the heart of the home. Through targeted plasterboard ceiling drops, the various functions were visually separated without interrupting the continuity of the space. The false ceiling interventions also enabled the integration of a ducted air conditioning system, with diffusers distributed throughout every room, ensuring comfort and aesthetic uniformity.
